We believe that orthodontic treatment should be available to everyone, so we will work with you to create a payment plan that will fit your budget. To help with any financial obstacles, we:

- accept all insurance plans
- offer interest-free monthly payment plans
- accept major credit cards and debit cards
- provide discount plans
- accept third-party financing programs (CareCredit, Chase Health Advance, etc.)
We understand that financial difficulties sometimes do occur, and we will make every effort to accommodate patients in these cases. Please call us if you have a problem and we will work with you. Many times a simple phone call will avert any misunderstandings.
Dr. Scott Prose also contributes orthodontic care and treatment through his partnership with programs such as Smiles Change Lives and the AAO Donated Orthodontic Service Program. Both programs are offered through national non-profit organizations which are dedicated to helping children from under-privileged families receive the essential orthodontic treatment they need. Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Our office will be happy to bill your insurance company for orthodontic coverage as a courtesy to you. We will work with you on insurance coverage, but please remember you are responsible for charges by our office left unpaid by your insurance company. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
