HouseCalls is a telephone appointment reminder system that provides you with the courtesy of a timely and efficient reminder of your next scheduled appointment. You will receive a call one or two days before your next scheduled appointment to remind you of the date and time of the appointment.
To ensure that you receive your appointment reminder, calls are scheduled for late afternoon. You will also be asked to confirm your appointment by following the prompts and using your telephone keypad. If you are unavailable when the call is made and have voicemail or an answering machine, the system will leave you a brief reminder message.
