Further, I bought new Invisalign for my bottom and top teeth. After a month or two, the bottom cracked and they replaced them free of charge. My experience here has been nothing less of perfect. They take time to ask at every visit if there are any questions, they explain where the patient is in the treatment cycle and what to expect between this visit and the next. The front desk treatment coordinators do their best to work with you to make sure that appointments can be accommodating for both sides and did I mention how exceptional the staff are! "We have had orthodontics done for all 4 people in my family and we are absolutely thrilled with the results and the great service we've had at Prose Orthodontics. I have to say the last one to get work done was my 16 year old son who has Aspergers (a form of autism) and I was more then nervous about how he would handle it. Dr. Prose and the rest of the staff were so sweet and patient that there wasn't one problem, just that he kept wanting to know how long until they would come off. Thank you everybody I would recommend you to everybody!"

"Dr. Prose and his staff are always super friendly and very professional. I especially like the flexibility in payment options. We almost never have to wait too long. I have commented to my friends and family that of all the medical professionals I have visited either for me or my children Dr. Prose has the best practice and that he should conduct seminars for others getting started in the field so they can see how to really do it right. He has fun and interesting displays and ideas in the office. I don't know for sure, but it appears that his employees enjoy working here. He has, by far, the best Christmas cards of any business that I have received. There are only three things I can think of that I would like to see improved: 1) lower fees 2) appt. options for Fridays 3) some kind of perk when a patient (or their parent) recommends Prose Orthodontics to someone else and then they actually do sign on for treatment."
