"I went to Prose today for my initial adult braces evaluation. I had braces once before as a teen, and I have a complicated mouth situation. The amount of imaging they did on my mouth was incredibly comprehensive; they have machines here that I've never seen before! The doctors here are so knowledgeable about how to go about my specific situation in addition to being super nice and friendly. These guys also have a nifty little rewards program for the patients!EDIT: I just got my braces taken off and I couldn't be happier with my entire experience at Prose. Everybody was so kind and gentle with my sensitive teeth and my smile looks great!!!!!"

"My daughter was only 7 years old when she came in for her initial consultation with Dr. Prose. She had been referred to Dr. Prose after her dentist had to extract 4 of her baby teeth. She was extremely nervous during that first visit, but Dr. Prose entered the room with a friendly smile and immediately made her feel comfortable about whole process of getting braces put on. Dr. Prose took the time to explain everything to her and answer any questions she had. The entire staff is very kind and always willing to answer any questions or concerns that have come up over the past 6 months. The staff does a nice job of educating him on the proper techniques of oral care with braces, without making him feel like he is doing something wrong. "Prose Orthodontics is great! From our very first consult we were greeted with smiling faces and kind voices. The staff at this office are exceptional and so is the doctor. They take time to ask at every visit if there are any questions, they explain where the patient is in the treatment cycle and what to expect between this visit and the next. The front desk treatment coordinators do their best to work with you to make sure that appointments can be accommodating for both sides and did I mention how exceptional the staff are! We are happy that we were referred by friends to Dr. Prose."

"Dr. Prose and his staff are always super friendly and very professional. I especially like the flexibility in payment options. We almost never have to wait too long. I have commented to my friends and family that of all the medical professionals I have visited either for me or my children Dr. Prose has the best practice and that he should conduct seminars for others getting started in the field so they can see how to really do it right. He has fun and interesting displays and ideas in the office. I don't know for sure, but it appears that his employees enjoy working here. He has, by far, the best Christmas cards of any business that I have received. There are only three things I can think of that I would like to see improved: 1) lower fees 2) appt. options for Fridays 3) some kind of perk when a patient (or their parent) recommends Prose Orthodontics to someone else and then they actually do sign on for treatment."
