Further, I bought new Invisalign for my bottom and top teeth. After a month or two, the bottom cracked and they replaced them free of charge. My experience here has been nothing less of perfect. "Very professional office. Dr. Prose sees many patients, but seems to have a kind word and good relationship with each one. I'm an adult patient (60+) and travel 45 minutes to get to this orthodontist every three months. An orthodontist in my town felt my needs were too complicated, but Dr. Prose has more experience with Invisalign and was confident in taking on the challenge."

"I thought getting Invisalign was going to be an unaffordable, hard process. Not with Prose!! First of all, their staff.. exceptional. Above and beyond every single visit. From the ladies at the front desk to pretty much every single person I’ve come in contact with since going there.. I wish I had employees so dedicated, talented and kind. The office is clean and professional. They text/email me to confirm appts. They made the insurance claim process seamless. Kudos to Dr. Prose for running a tight ship! If you’re considering getting your teeth fixed, at least go in for a consultation and see what it’s about. I did it just because I was curious to get an idea of the cost and I’m SO glad I did!"
