"I went to Prose today for my initial adult braces evaluation. I had braces once before as a teen, and I have a complicated mouth situation. The amount of imaging they did on my mouth was incredibly comprehensive; they have machines here that I've never seen before! The doctors here are so knowledgeable about how to go about my specific situation in addition to being super nice and friendly. These guys also have a nifty little rewards program for the patients!EDIT: I just got my braces taken off and I couldn't be happier with my entire experience at Prose. Everybody was so kind and gentle with my sensitive teeth and my smile looks great!!!!!"

Front staff and the treatment coordinator were all lovely, and Dr. Tara was wonderful as well. He and his staff are always so friendly and welcoming. They explain what is needed and what procedures are being performed, so you always feel well informed. One of my daughters has special needs, and their welcoming environment and attitudes are most apparent when interacting with her. It is also great that they use the latest technologies and approaches to orthodontic care. Additionally, the promotions, raffles, contests, etc. that they continually have going to keep the kids motivated to attend appointments and remain compliant with their regimen, is exceptional! The prizes are not your typical trinket out of the "prize chest". They are definitely worth coming in for! "Dr. Prose and his staff are always super friendly and very professional. I especially like the flexibility in payment options. We almost never have to wait too long. I have commented to my friends and family that of all the medical professionals I have visited either for me or my children Dr. Prose has the best practice and that he should conduct seminars for others getting started in the field so they can see how to really do it right. He has fun and interesting displays and ideas in the office. I don't know for sure, but it appears that his employees enjoy working here. He has, by far, the best Christmas cards of any business that I have received. There are only three things I can think of that I would like to see improved: 1) lower fees 2) appt. options for Fridays 3) some kind of perk when a patient (or their parent) recommends Prose Orthodontics to someone else and then they actually do sign on for treatment."
